I Miss You.

So I decided to invite you over.

Join us for a summer gathering to celebrate life and honor those we've lost.

If you get yourself here, I'll take care of the entertainment, food, and some accommodation options.

I can't wait to catch up, share stories, and make new memories with you!

I hope to see you here!

    12470 Red Quartz Lane, Grass Valley

    Fly: Sacramento International Airport

    (75 minutes away)

    Airport Transportation:

    Free pick-up times:

    Thursday, 12PM, and Friday, 4PM.

    Shuttle arrives back at the airport on Sunday at 10AM & 3PM.

    Plan your flights accordingly; airport car rental also available.

    Drive: From Salt Lake, Google says you're looking at an 8-hour, 50-minute drive.

  • What's Up with the House?

    The house has everything you'll need for a summer weekend away:

    Grounds: Four park-like acres with plenty of places to walk, camp, hang, etc.

    Inside: A/C, open space for communal gathering, music room, crash rooms, etc.

    Some bedding can be provided if we have advance notice.

    Food & summer supplies (sun block, bandaid, asprin) are provided all weekend.

  • I'm Too Old to Crash on Floors or Camp. Where Should I Stay?

    So, we will provide space outside the house to camp, and inside the house to crash, but if you're not into it, and you want to part with some cash...

    We recommend

    * Airbnb

    * The Pines Inn

    * The Holbrooke Hotel

    * Grass Valley RV Resort

    If you're curious about a place and you give me plenty of notice, I will go scout it out for you.

    Also, if you have an RV, there’s space for it on our land.

  • What's the Food Situation?

    There will be an abundance of food, snacks and drinks provided from Thursday afternoon to Sunday lunch.

    If you have special dietary needs, please let me know so I can see if I can accommodate them, or let you know how you'll need to help.

  • What's Happening on the Water?

    Party boat! Wendy has reserved a pontoon boat (or equivalent) so we can get some lake time.

    Feel free to bring your paddle boards, kayaks, etc.

    If you want to rent a ski boat, reach out and we'll coordinate.

  • Wait, Who Can Come?

    If you're in, please R.S.V.P.

    & let me know who you plan to bring. I want to make sure to have more than enough of everything for everyone to be comfortable and happy.

    It would be a kindness if you could send me a list of friends you think should be invited. Email is good for that.

    Want to bring your pet? Possibly. Let's talk about it.
